The Well-being and Psychological Research Foundation (WPRF) is a Section 8 non-profit organization committed to transforming the way mental health is approached, understood, and delivered.
Founded on the belief that mental health is a right, not a privilege, we work to eliminate the barriers, stigma, silence, and cost, that often stand between individuals and the support they need. WPRF is where care meets compassion, and where research fuels meaningful change.
Through our three key initiatives, Mental Health Clinic, Research & Training Institute, and Journal Publications, we provide accessible care, generate new knowledge, and share it with the world.
To promote emotional well-being through barrier-free care, innovative research, and psychological education—creating lasting impact for individuals and society.
A world where mental health is universally recognized, respected, and nurtured—without stigma or shame.

We believe:
Founder & Director, Clinical Psychologist
“Mental health isn’t a privilege, it’s a right.”
Leads clinical care, strategic direction, and outreach initiatives with a focus on empathy-driven, individualized care.
WPRF was created from my belief that true care begins with listening, deeply, compassionately, and without judgment. Too many people suffer in silence, and I wanted to build a place where people could show up exactly as they are—and still feel safe, supported, and valued.
Whether it’s in therapy, through outreach, or within a research paper, everything we do at WPRF is guided by one goal: healing with empathy and integrity. This is more than an organization—it’s a movement. And I invite you to be part of it.
Co-Founder, Assistant Professor & Researcher, Vishwakarma University, Pune
As a psychologist and academic, I’ve always seen the need to connect the world of research with real-life healing. That’s what WPRF does. We take knowledge beyond the classroom and make it useful for communities, therapists, and individuals.
Here, we train the next generation, support clinical professionals, and publish work that challenges mental health stigma. I’m proud to be part of an organization where science uplifts lives and where care is both personal and powerful.
Oversees research, training, and academic collaborations, ensuring every WPRF initiative is evidence-backed and impactful.
Every day, people walk into WPRF looking for help, hope, or answers. Some are in crisis. Others are seeking clarity. Some are future professionals who want to learn. We exist for all of them—to be a bridge between pain and healing, research and reality, silence and support.
Here, every story matters. Every voice is heard. And every mind is welcome.
